Terms of Service

Last updated: September 5, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the parking payment and management platform operated by PNW Parking ("we", "us", the "platform"), and by the parking lot owners ("Owners") who use the platform to manage their lots. By scanning a QR code, paying for parking, or using any Owner's portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

The platform provides a way for drivers to pay for parking at participating lots using a smartphone (scan a QR code, enter your license plate and payment card, start a session, end it when you leave). Owners use the platform to set rates, generate QR codes, manage enforcement, and view analytics. The platform is a payment facilitator: your parking payment is made to the lot Owner, and the platform receives a service fee.

2. Payment terms

3. Customer obligations

4. Tickets and enforcement

Owners may issue citations for non-payment or rule violations. Ticket payments are made through the Owner's payment portal; appeals may be submitted per the process described on the ticket page. Unpaid citations may be escalated per the Owner's policies and applicable law.

5. Owner terms

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue, disputes, or towing outcomes. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 90 days before the claim.

7. General

We may update these Terms at any time; material changes will be posted here. Governing law is the state in which the platform operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions? Contact support.

This is a sample template for platform onboarding. It is not legal advice. Have counsel review before production use.
